Electronic Systems Integration and Automation

This program trains you to design, install, and troubleshoot integrated systems that control lighting, security, entertainment, and automation in homes and businesses. You’ll work with low-voltage wiring, networking, and programmable controllers to create seamless, user-friendly systems.

Hands-on training in our lab prepares you for careers in smart home technology, building automation, and commercial integration projects. You’ll graduate with the technical expertise to meet growing demand in the automation and electronics industry.

This program is a planned sequence of instruction consisting of three occupational completion points. A student who completes the applicable competencies at any occupational completion point may either continue with the training or become an occupational completer. 

This program is comprised of courses which have been assigned course numbers in the SCNS (Statewide Course Numbering System) in accordance with Section 1007.24 (1), F.S.  Career and Technical credit shall be awarded to the student on a transcript in accordance with Section 1001.44(3)(b), F.S.
